People Capacity Consulting was formed during 2002 to assist organisations to more effectively manage their people aligned with their business needs. It’s all about helping maximise the capacity and potential of people to achieve some really great business results.

Lisa Perry is the Principal and founder of People Capacity Consulting. Lisa is a business focused HR and Change Management professional with over 15 years experience spanning both industry and consulting. Prior to founding People Capacity Consulting, Lisa was a Partner at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and led the Human Resource and Change Management Service Line of the Management Solutions Division. Lisa joined Deloitte in 1993. Prior to this she worked for over 5 years in generalist human resources roles within the financial services (insurance) industry both in Australia and the United Kingdom. In all of her roles, Lisa provided a consultative human resource service to line management staff, and assisted in implementing organisational change. Areas of corporate consulting included resolving organisational and staff issues, training and development, recruitment and selection and staff/project management.
